Not Part of the Plan

This story is based off of a Narrative Quest Campaign featuring Lugal and Rahmi Halle.  This would be the first encounter in the quest to free Lugal's people from a several different bands of dark elf raiders, who are working temporarily with a particularly ambitious sea elf researcher who is in need of human subjects.
